best boutique fitness

NThere were a lot of spin studios in Dallas a long time ago, some Pilates places and an occasional HIIT class. Today, our city’s fitness scene is one of the strongest in the country, with all the energy and variety you can find in New York or Los Angeles. We have a stable of entrepreneurs who are obsessed with well-being (many of whom are women) to appreciate that, but maybe we should also appreciate the weather in Texas. When the temperature becomes harsh, fitness gym boutiques bring in the right amount of heat.

In recent years, boutique fitness culture has exploded in Dallas, saturating almost every neighborhood. Here, we’ve handed out the best places to find a killer workout in the corner.
